This 12' x 12' Pavilion uses T-Rex Connectors making it easy to cut and assemble with no complicated joinery. The hip roof design looks great and with our plans it is easy to cut and assemble as well. Add this to any property to really enhance the outdoor living experience. The plan is 14 pages and gives you a 3D rendering, material lists, post layout, rafter layout, side view, fastening details and all the single beam drawings.
