This 12' x 16' Workshop uses T-Rex Connectors making it easy to cut and assemble with no complicated joinery. This is a great building with many different uses. It has ceiling joists over half the length of the building, making for a great storage space. Cutting and assembly is easy with this plan which consists of a 3D rendering, elevations, material lists, block/base/plywood/post layout, wall layouts, fastening details, plate beam/joist layout, rafter layout, and all single beam drawings. The frame is made up with 6x6 posts, 6x10 plate beams, 6x8 tie beams, 4x6 rafters, joists and door posts, 4x5 knee braces, 2x8 ridge beam, 3x6 sill plate covers and 4x4 siding nailers.
