This 16'x24' frame is designed using the T-Rex Connectors making it easy to cut and assemble with no complicated joinery. The 19-page plan gives you everything you'll need to build, including: renderings, frame elevations, wall layouts with door and window locations, beam layout, rafter layout, timber and fastener list, fastening details, and single beam drawings. It uses 6x6 posts, 6x12 plate and tie beams, 6x8 joist, 4x8 rafters, 4x6 door bucks and headers, 4x4 siding nailers, and a 2x12 ridge beam, with a 10 pitch roof. Its a versatile building that you can make into your own either as a barn, workshop, or even a cabin. It offers a loft over half the first floor to use as storage or as a sleeping loft. Possibilities are endless with this frame!
