This 20' x 26' Cottage Frame uses T-Rex Connectors making it easy to cut and assemble with no complicated joinery.  The 1-1/2' story cottage features a 4' knee wall giving you a very comfortable 2nd floor space, especially with the front dormer.  This cottage can be anything from an everyday home, to a get-a-way cottage in the woods and everything in between.  Bring your dream to reality, and with our plans we make it as easy as possible for you.  The plan is 35 pages and includes a 3D rendering, elevations, material lists, foundation/post layout, wall layouts, plate/joist layout, ridge layout, rafter layout, fastening details, and all single beam drawings.  The frame is made up with 6x6 posts, 6x12 plate and tie beams and girder, 6x8 and 4x8 rafters, 6x8 joists, 6x10 and 6x12 ridge pole, 4x5 knee braces, 4x4 siding nailers, and 3x6 sill plate covers.  Let us help you get started today with these plans!
