This 22' x 22' Cabin Frame uses T-Rex Connectors making it easy to cut and assemble with no complicated joinery. It is a great size that uses a 2'-9" knee wall to give the full second floor a very comfortable ceiling height. The frame is made up with 6x6, 6x8, and 8x8 posts, 8x12 plate beams, 8x10 and 6x10 tie beams, 4x10 rafters, 6x8 joists, 4x6 knee braces, 4x4 siding nailers, 3x8 sill plate covers, and an 8x10 ridge. The plan gives you everything you need from the ground up, making the building process as easy as possible. The plan is 34 pages consisting of a 3D rendering, pier layout, base layout, plywood layout, frame elevations, post layout, beam and joist layout, wall layouts, rafter layout, fastening details, timber and fastener list, and all single beam drawings.
