22' x 32' T-REX Saltbox Barn
TR8G2232
$300.00
This 22' x 32' Barn uses T-Rex Connectors making it easy to cut and assemble with no complicated joinery. This design of this barn offers both beauty and functionality. It features a large garage door opening in the center section on the front. The inside of that space is open up to the rafters, while the space on each end offers a storage loft above each. With the Saltbox's elongated rear rafters, it creates an additional 6' of usable space along the entirety of the building's length. This is done all while maintaing plenty of headroom, with the rear plate beam sitting at just above 7'. The 32-page plan will provide you with everthing you need including a 3D rendering, elevations, material lists, post layout, plate beam layout, all wall layouts, rafter layout, fastening details, and all single beam drawings. The frame is made up using 8x8 posts and tie beams, 8x12 plate beams and girders, 4x10 rafters, 4x8 joists, 4x8 collar ties, 6x8 door bucks, 4x4 siding nailers, 3x8 sill plate covers, and 2x4 fly rafters.
