This 24' x 24' Barn uses T-Rex Connectors making it easy to cut and assemble with no complicated joinery.  Its timeless design would be a great addition to any property.  It features two large garage door opennigs with an entry door opening along the right side.  With the broken back salt box design it offers an abundance of extra space behind the front "bay" area.  With these plans, cutting and assembling the frame will be a breeze.  The plan consists of a 3D rendering, elevations, material lists, foundation layout, post layout, beam layout, wall layouts, rafter layout, fastening details, and all single beam drawings.  The frame is made up with 6x6 posts, 6x12 plate beams, 6x8 and 6x6 tie beams, 4x8 rafters, 4x10 collar ties, 4x6 knee braces and door bucks, 4x4 siding nailers, 2x4 ridge beam and 3x6 sill plate covers.  Use these plans to get started today!
