This 24' x 24' T-Rex Cabin frame uses T-Rex Connectors making it easy to cut and assemble with no complicated joinery. This 1-1/2 story cabin features a 4' second story knee wall offering plenty of ceiling height. The main floor has one center post and is otherwise wide open, allowing for unlimited floor plan possibilities. Its simple but functional design makes it easy to cut and assemble. The plan consists of 28 pages and includes a 3D rendering, elevations, timber and fastener lists, post/wall layout, all wall layouts, girder/joist layout, rafter layout, fastening details, and all single beam drawings. The frame is made up with 8x10 and 8x8 posts, 10x10 plate beams, 8x12 girders, 8x10 and 8x8 rim joists, 6x10 rafters, 6x8 and 6x10 joists and 4x6 wall braces.
