This version of the 24' x 36' T-Rex Workshop has the same door and window layout as V1, but also offers a 20' shed dormer off one side. The workshop has two garage doors on the gable end, with a single man door on one side and a larger 9' x 8' door on the other. It uses T-Rex connectors making it easy to cut and assemble with no complicated joinery. This 34-page plan set gives you everything you will need including elevations, timber and fastener/connector lists, foundation/post layout, all wall layouts, girder/joist layout, plate/rafter layoyut, fastening details, and single beam drawings. It is made up using 8x8 posts and band joists, 8x12 plate beams and girders, 6x8 joists, 4x8 rafters, 4x6 knee braces, and 4x4 siding nailers.
